Every piece at Velvet Season is carefully curated and individually sourced. Most of our collection consists of vintage, pre-owned and one-of-a-kind items with their own history and character.

Please review the item’s description, condition, measurements and photos carefully before purchasing. If you are visiting our store or pop-up events, we encourage you to inspect and try on your item before completing your purchase.

All sales are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for:

• change of mind;
• personal preference;
• sizing or fit;
• differences in expectation where the item has been accurately described;
• natural signs of age or wear consistent with the item’s condition.
