Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

What is your return policy?
Due to the unique nature of vintage and pre-owned pieces, all sales are final.
We describe and photograph each item carefully so you can make an informed choice before purchasing. If an item arrives with a defect or differs materially from its description, please contact us and we’ll review the case individually.

Yes. Every piece is carefully sourced and curated, and we stand behind the authenticity and quality of our collection.
Are items one-of-a-kind?
Most pieces are unique or available as a single item. Once sold, they may not be available again.
Consignment
What items do you accept for consignment?
We accept vintage jewelry, bags, belts, accessories, and clothing in good condition that fit the Velvet Season collection. Each submission is reviewed individually.
