Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Sale items and earrings are final sale (for hygiene reasons)
- Original packaging must be included where applicable
How to Return
Contact us at velvetseason.atelier@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
As most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee an exchange for the same item. Please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
